Where can I find statistics on the response rate in affinity group surveys?

I'm researching the details regarding a survey that would be distributed to our company's clients. So far, I have been unable to find out what sort of general response rate I can expect, particularly in light of the fact that this survey will involve some sort of incentive for completion.
