What is the best way to ask your boss for a bigger office? What would be some good reasons or statistics?

I currently share an office with a coworker and all of our spare computer equipment. I need good, concrete things to present to my boss, but I am having trouble thinking of them. Thank you for any responses!

What is the best way to ask your boss for a bigger office? What would be some good reasons or statistics?
Make a list of pros and cons as to why you need an office for yourself. Some examples I would write down are pros:


1. More space to get your work done.


2. Privacy for your customers, peers.


3. Confidential information is more secure (it's not secure if you are sharing the same computer)








Try and have more pros then your cons, this will let your boss know that this is important.
