What are the statistics of people dying ONLY from marijuana?

I am doing some research to find out if it is true that you can die from marijuana only without any other drug use or auto accident. If there are credible websites that you can provide that would be terrific as well.

No one has ever died. EVER.


The fact is that the government "has not done" any research on the subject at all.... meaning they are not making the results public, why you ask? Because they didn't get the answers they wanted.... if they had made those results public more people would be asking why we are spending so much money on a "war" against a drug that is harming no one!


It really is no more harmful then smoking a cigarette.


It's illegal because the government can't find a way to tax it b/c people are able to grow it fairly easy.... therefore they can't make money on it so they choose to make it illegal and spend time and money scaring people away from something that is fairly harmless.


And you would find if it was legal that more people do the drug then you would EVER imagine!
Reply:I bet you won't find that statistical data. The people who do those studies don't want the rest of us to find out that no one actually dies from marijuana use. How many relationships die because of it is another story.

Reply:Penn and Teller produced a documentary about this question. They interviewed physicians from around the world. No one has ever died from marijuana alone. Those doctors said that, if anyone had a need, tabacoo and alcohol is the worst. Marijuana is not a problem.
Reply:It can't kill you. It might lead to depression, anxiety.
Reply:I do not believe that marijuana in its true form will cause an adult death. However, marijuana is often laced with another drug, and the smoker does not know it. PCP or "angel dust" or even pesticides (depends on who is growing it).


Some people with lung or heart conditions or other health issues, that may be exacerbated by marijuana use, could suffer death.
